There are many seasons in life and sometimes we forget to make sure they are documented. I was thrilled when I got an email to photograph this family while they were visiting our area last summer for vacation. It's one of the most fun times I've had at the beach in a long time. You may notice from all these incredible memories the fun that I was able to capture. We met on the most perfect evening at Mt. McSauba in Charlevoix, Michigan and made the hike across the beach to my favorite place to start. I'm not at all kidding when I say it's hike to my favorite rocks walking on what feels like sugar. On the way there and back I got to know this family. I want to meet them at the renaissance festival someday because I know it will be the most fun ever. The color of their outfits made them stand out from the beautiful surroundings. Each of the members of this family are so well loved by each other and it filled my heart to watch them interact. My cheeks hurt from smiling and I am so grateful they booked me for this family photoshoot while in Northern Michigan.
